Shipping Policy
At the moment we only ship within the EU. The shipping rate will be calculated at your checkout and the tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Please allow for 2-3 business days for us to prepare the order for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged Goods?
Upon receiving the delivery, please check the products carefully. If you think there is a fault, or they are damaged, or not as detailed, please email us straight away to orders@kesemcandles.com and we will either resend the products or issue a refund.
Backsies?
We pay attention and detail to each and every candle which is hand poured and we do hope that you love your purchase. However, if you have regretted your purchase we will issue a refund.
1. Please email us at orders@kesemcandles.com and explain the reason for the return.
2. Please send the products back unopened and in the original packaging to the address provided. We can only issue a refund if the products have not been used, unless they are faulty. Please send them within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
2.You will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back.
